After two decades working in psychiatric care following the western psychological model, I am now grateful to be teaching, & continuing to study, this eastern practice for body, psyche & spirit. As a Christian, I truly admire yogic philosophy & I passionately believe that however we spiritually define ourselves we can greatly benefit from ancient wisdom paths.

I teach across Merseyside & online, & you would be very welcome to join me. I also love to talk to people about how yoga can be Incorporated into daily life (especially if life feels busy!)

My YouTube channel has yoga content, but you'll also find me sharing videos about my enjoyment of different places, nature & various artsy endeavours. All things I find are something of an expression of the 'union' that yoga is. I'd love for you to join me there too.
